I just made this for our dinner. I used rotel 2 cans mix in with my hamburger onion, corn taco seasoning. Then my sauce I put cream cheese 1/2 salad dressing mixed to with sharp cheddar cheese on top.

Some people use Rotel mixed with the beef instead of fresh tomatoes and canned chilies. Went with that one because my son won’t eat fresh tomatoes. Maybe same for other folks. Mayo and sour cream mixed, is often used in casseroles and even veggie and layered salads. Just for the record, you can also use canned biscuits squished together if you don’t have Bisquick.

It turned out great! I would hesitate on the mayo, too, but I’m happy to know it worked out in the end. Looks delicious! There’s a little bit of The Duke in every bite! ❤️
