I formally began my training in the very gym where Bruce trained, and under the same Kru. That was the foundation of my own style, and even after all those years, and my embarking upon studying the deadliest Thai system for the streets, Muay Chaiya, under Kru Pedro Solano...( Chaiya has been described as " putting the claws and teeth back into Siamese martial systems".....a very adequate explanation thereof, indeed.....🙏👊👊👊💥💥💥!!!!!) I still find that the various concepts, methods, angles, and tactics, along with the manifold principles applied by this legendary Indigenous Australian nak muay, are so very similar to my own, after all those years.....Muay Thai pretty much saved my life, directly, really...... Max respect to my Kru, all of you!! And to all nak muay reading these words, also. Onward and upward, my brothers and sisters.....👊👊👊💥💥💥!!! 😛🤘
