One of Williams more under appreciated scores. One of my absolute favorites.

Bello arreglo de este impresionante Soundtrack. Para mí de lo mejor y más impresionante en la música para cine. Muchas gracias por el video.

Love this score from John Williams... especially that track with Mina's theme played on the trumpet. :-)

Yes, and it gets so neglected between all those other great scores from '77 to '83!

John Williams Has Three Steinways … Yes, I do. I write at the piano every day. Actually, I have three wonderful Steinways. The one I’ve had the longest is a 1969 Hamburg Steinway Model C. And then one that I have at my studio is a Model B acquired in the early 2000s. It’s a wonderful piano. The new one that I’ve just gotten is the Model D.

So... when the CD recording with all these beautiful piano solos is going to be available? :)

Still many more to record - stay tuned! :)

What type of Steinway do you have and what year was it built? It sounds so nice. Do you get it tuned a lot?
@brettmitchellconductor3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for listening! It's a 1967 Steinway L we bought back in 2014 and had rebuilt. Because we live in the foothills outside Denver where the weather changes a lot throughout the year, I have it tuned every 3 months or so.

Absolutely beautiful. I just came across your channel and had to subscribe. Also, is that a custom Funko or was one of John Williams actually produced? Thanks for all the wonderful videos!

Thanks so much, Gary! (And the JW Funko was indeed a custom job!)
