I met Tommy when I was 15 at G.I.T and he was one of the nicest most inclusive and funniest people I’ve ever met. He was an absolute Mensch. It’s nice to see him honored.

Tommy could make the line on a fishing pole sound like music from heaven if he put his mind to it...

How incredibly ironic considering the topic and the speaker that the music mix is horribly intrusive, and frankly just plain bad.

Yup...way too loud. Kinda surprised.

Yeah, could have just ducked the music when John spoke. Use a compressor. Come on.
@racomjon5 ай бұрын
Not only that (which was bad enough), but the music was borderline silly.

Didn’t need the background music!

I agree!

Unless I'm mistaken, the background music is an example of Tedesco's art from Williams's score to the movie "Conrack."

@@VUclear Music should have been ducked when John speaks. Irritating. John is honoring Tommy here.

@@BrianBrown-ei6nh Duh. That's what music does in movies. It creates and highlights emotion during the words and action. They all work together. Watch Dracula (1931). And see how this doesn't happen!
