Youth orchestras renew faith in mankind. Regardless of what life holds for them individually, these young musicians will each have skills and memories that benefit them for a lifetime. From a personal point of view, I get an enjoyment from seeing dedicated youth performing at a high level of talent that is refreshing and invigorating. Kudos to the conductor and the school for creating the opportunity for the students.
