I was a bout to say "Where the hell are the dove?" And then there were doves, and I was +1 satisfied. +1 for the music, I've had that track since it came out on itunes.

John Woo should have direct the Max Payne film and be given creative control as well. Think how badass the movie would have been.

Nice work. I was wondering when you were going to mention the doves. Makes sense to end it with that. Whenever you see doves in a John Woo film thats when the shooting is about to begin.
@codename61712 жыл бұрын
you can see John Woo trademarks pop up through a lot of Indian action movies as well. The Two guns, the doves, the slo mo. The Mission Impossible references. In 1, 2 Ka 4 the plane scene at the end is taken from Face/Off.

I've always felt as though the doves portray a certain sensuality that is lacking in other films. Doves for me have always created a feeling of arousal within. I think it may be there feathers. Either way I feel as though Woo understands this feeling and portrays it beautifully in his films. If your looking for a movie with a style similar to Woo check out Kuffs (1992) starring Christian Slater. It has a run-time of 102 minutes.

It's really funny, how I was looking for these trademarks in Red Cliff. He tried really hard to put them in there. Double Guns turns into Double Swords and Doves make an appearance as 'Messengers.'

Maybe you guys can help me out, I’m trying to find the Name of an Asian movie from the 80s or 90s. I don’t know if it’s a John woo movie. I have very little detail and I remember only 2 scenes. One of them being where the main character pulls up to a park to have a gun battle with a man having a picnic with his family. The main character waits a couple hours until man is finish eating with his family. The man sends his family home and then him and the main character begins the gun fight. The next scene I remember is the final scene, the main character walks into a sort of sandy area where he begins a gun fight with over 50 shooters, he manages to kill most of them but the main character gets killed in the end.

John Woo movie: Slow Motion, Slide up,down, left,right onto something, double gun play, bird's flying in slow motion, from the ground up,cheesy poses. By the way this song suck's! Every youtube video features this song. Go jump off a cliff sheeps!! HAHHAHAH open your eye's people! No pun intended. Seriously, it was cool the first time in the 90's, now,it just suck's!
