@@delainnabatoon i can't tell u how many times i failed.. God would say "" Go right!... don't do it!".. i would go left.. and do it.. Only to come back bruised beat up and with the devil's hoof print on the seat of my pants..but God would always wipe my dirty tear streaked face clean me up and say " I came to save that which was Lost." Now you follow Me.. and sin no more." He never threw me away.. Im far from perfect but im NOT what i was..and at the renewal of ALL things He will make me Perfect and the whole world too. Sweet.

Thank you for this sound teaching. I am a believer. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's six years ago and now have an additional back and knee problem causing extreme pain and making my shakiness worse. Ask the Father to help you gain understanding of His love (for perfect love casts out fear, see 1 John 4:18), and also gain understanding of your righteousness in Christ. Find scripture on these topics, love and righteousness, and read them over and over. You will become bold and sure against the schemes of fear from the enemy. Some scripture of love and righteousness to start you off: The whole book of Romans, 1 John 4, 2 Timothy 1:7, Proverbs 28:1. God bless! ❤️

@@catbirdfeeder to what avail? There are so many people looking for answers and help and in many cases it's repetitive, I'm sure it becomes overwhelming quickly. I don't intend to complain, I'm frustrated in a lack of understanding which I'm certain is common. I have gone through DHT, which I purchase, 6 times, went through Mind Renewal twice and Spiritual battle series once and I thought I would "see" a change. I'm beginning to realize what it comes down to is simply a confident believing which can only come through a renewed mind. The more I seek and try to understand I think more is realized but it takes time. I'm still learning, still seeking so the process continues.

Does anyone know if Curry quit Karate because it is of the devil like yoga (and Judo and all martial arts, and many kinds of dancing - and music - esp. drums - they’re used by witch doctors in Africa) or if it was for another reason. Yes, thank God for Jesus being our high priest! I think Curry was making the point that grumbling and murmuring is not a neutral action, it's a sin. And every sin is serious and deserving of a sobering punishment, like the swallowing up of the grumblers by the earth in the Old Testament. Now, we have the perfect sacrifice of Christ who bore the punishment we deserve, yet we are told to resist the devil, and die to sin. Also, we have to take into consideration the event in Acts 5 of Ananias and Sapphira who dropped dead after lying to God. I have more understanding to gain on that scripture, but clearly we can see that sin is not tolerable even after Christ. Sin is not to be played with.

Words have meaning, and to say that Christians will be swallowed up by the earth for "murmmering and complaining" or any other sin for that matter means that all the Christians would be gone. I believe Rev. Blake is using hyperbole to prove a point and to teach the danger of speaking out one’s frustration, dissatisfaction, disdain, and distrust for God (complaining).Praying for you to hear the heart of the message for it is profitable!
