Also they find the diet that works for them and the right exercise, if you dont have the right people can be usually a trial and error of years. 2+2 is not 4 when it comes to body weight. Also dont even imply I’m not fit. I used to weight 40 kg to fit into the society and I still care about my weight, probably not even as a teenager you were weighting as low as me

I would recommend listening to them, one of them is Bridget Malcolm, some of them would be rejected even being underweight. As an example you can see how Adriana Lima gained weight as soon as she quitted and now she can do whatever she wants

Alot happens behind Victoria Secret, models even starving themselves (u should see interviews, adriana lima had stopped drinking water as well cus she was so conscious of her body) and getting mistreated. It was never about insecurities, if that was the case the show wouldve been cancelled years back cus from the very start people didn't like it that they always have skinny models on the runway. It was about the unhealthy practices behind the show.
