im now starting a cnc small biz/hobie dont know much about cnc but im a master in electronics/mechanics so i may have skills to build a cnc but need to know how it is operated, so my question is, >>>>>> wich software do you recomend to design the parts? something pro and something free for now. Thats awsome man. Its pretty fun once you get into it. I use fusion 360. They push the new paid subscription. But there is a non commercial license available. You just gotta look for it on there site. Its both cad and cam.

@@CyberDenSystems found it its installed but as my cheap cnc does not have the limit switches i still learn how to use it im doing ok with the lazer engraving but the spindle scare me

I hear yuh. When I got my first machine I had nooo idea what to expect. I started slow and worked my way up. Oh, and I didn't put limit switches into any of my machines. The first machine had them, but only for a short time. I broke them. Lol
