+O Quintal da Arminda Haha no worries, the singer's singing is better than his English. No offence intended to that gentleman. Anyway he's talking about violent criminals vs cops (no distinction is made) as unwelcome ('intruders') wherever they go, saying that men of violence are 'rulers' and should behave properly and not fight against their 'brothers and sisters' (i.e. the common people).
