I find Ben Chew and his love for alpacas so cute! they're fully prepped & full of confidence every time they're on the floor. also, it helps that the evidence & testimonies favor their side of the story. They've done everything they can, and can at least take a breather & pet some alpacas. The only thing they can't control is the jury, which is the idea of the US court system & jury duty. You can try to skew the narrative to your favor, but that's playing with psychology which isn't always a 100% probability.

I really hope that people see the bigger picture here and don’t just relegate Camille to the mindless role of ‘celebrity’ and appreciate her, Ben, and the rest of Johnny’s legal team for the exemplary execution of how a courtroom trial should be undertaken. And also appreciate their commitment to excellence in their field. This is in stark contrast compared to Amber’s legal team, who are pretty much representative of why people have lost faith in the justice system, lawyers who seek to sway the emotions of a jury in place of providing evidence and facts. And sadly it often works, juries find people guilty of crimes that they didn’t commit because the prosecution has painted a picture of words making the victim a saint and the other party a monster without providing a single shred of evidence to back up their claims. And police prosecutors are the worst when it comes to this, they just want a conviction, case closed. That’s not how it’s supposed to work, and lawyer standards and courtroom standards have just dropped lower and lower. Johnny’s legal team have set the bar sky high while at the same time showing exactly where that bar should be, what legal representation should look like for everybody, and as a masterclass for all lawyers involved in courtroom law. I hope that their ‘this is how it’s done’ approach will resonate with legal firms and lawyers everywhere and make them lift their standards and their game. To do their jobs the way that the justice system expects them to. Otherwise, why bother studying the law at all if you’re going to throw it all away the moment you step into the courtroom?

I agree, I don't know how long she's been at this but its relatively safe to assume she's not accustomed to all the adoration. I think she's a genuinely empathetic person so she's probably confused, humbled and surprised by all the people focusing on HER rather than Depp. However, this is a high profile case and it's having a powerful cascading effect on how society views lawyers,especially when you view it from a women's perspective- she's not cold and heartless, the devil wears Prada persona, camille is warm, honest, and believes in her client and the law. This will shift younger women's perspective from wanting to be like heard to wanting to be like Camille. She will also have her pick of firms to be full partner at, this kind of positive publicity will garner for her many prolific opportunities. It probably is overwhelming but you know she's a star and the rest of us can't get enough. People like it when the hero (or heroine) gets the bad guy and Camille is definitely putting out a hero vibe. 💪
