It depends what you want to do with them. If it's just for your own enjoyment and you don't monetize the video, that's fine. As far as I know, If you want to monetize the video, or release the song on any kind of album, you have to get licenses from Sega. I think the best thing to do is ask Sega directly. :)

You’re so right, it’s not about money but it is about proper registration to a “published work”. Sort of like copying a Picasso and posting it as “I just thought it was cool so I copied it for my friends ”. Hahahaha.(you know what I mean...) In a lot of cases there’s more than 1 writer so I should have been clear that it’s not just me who gets the short end. But let me explain further: You’re right, without that social activity, it would be really hard to have viral traction. The end problem is not the “fan” it’s the platform who DOESN’T CARE if you share and not register because they are monetizing and making money and NOT reporting my or anyone else’s work. Unless an ISRC number is used, the platform laughs to the bank. To sum, the fan with their great hearts (like yours) share, but the platform takes. I’m working with the Senate now to make it impossible for anyone to upload music without an ISRC code. They are so easy to find! Simple! But again, the platforms don’t care because then they don’t have to pay the artist. So, again, it’s not about “the money” it’s about who GETS the money. Does the platform deserve it all from my work??? Hmmmmmm...nope. Thank you for your support, I really do appreciate you.
