This sounds to me like it was taken from the ballad medley on "Used to Be Duke" (Verve CD 849 394-2) recorded 1954 in LA. The pianist Richard Powell on this particular track only. On the CD the medley continues with five more tunes, making a track 17m55s long.

@@BuckshotLaFunke1 Yes, I read it somewhere. He was inventive and had a dramatic nerve. And not the most perfect technique for his ideas.... I like him.

@@kajgenell I have him on an LP with Clifford Brown. You will remember that they died in a car accident together in 1956.
