You're 10 years late my friend, this simple masterpiece was released in 1966, then Johnny was the house band after he opened the "Whiskey a' GoGo", in January 64. I'm not trying to correct you friend, just thought you'd like to know and it makes what you wrote even more amazing. Cheers !

Rivers is no comparison to Todd Rundgren who is also not in the RRHF. Rundgren plays almost every instrument. There's no guarantee you will be in the RRHF before you die. My marketing manager hired him to play in a tribal casino in Washington state. I watched them both play live.
