It is seriously not easy for someone who grew up as a single child and also first trained to be the youngest member of EXO suddenly to take the role of the eldest and the father kinda position and taking care of 22 babies..!! If not that man's heart is made of gold, it's seriously not possible for anyone to switch oneself like that. If you see Haechan as someone who's the oldest in his family, he switched from a taking care hyung to being taken care maknae of NCT. But oppositely Johnny is someone who was taken care and then suddenly given the role of taking care of others. That kind of switch is insane.

Although I think many people can become amazing parents if they choose to be and are willing to deal with their own mental and emotional development all the time (there is no one "right" way to be a parent).... Johnny does seem like a natural right? He is naturally playful (playing is one of the best ways of learning and bonding) and he is also an excellent listener. Many members have mentioned how Johnny listens to them and they feel very comfortable talking about whatever with him.... Sounds like some amazing ingredients for any relationship in his life. He reminds me a lot of my little brother so I have always felt that kind of affection for him and my brother is an awesome dad :D
