First thanks for the shout out and 2nd I so happy you also like the Lone Star Grillz pellet grill Greg!! This pit is the only pellet grill that I have ran that actually can smoke as much as an offset!! But the beauty is it is so easy to run! Bonus is the FireBoard controller is hands down the best if you enjoy using an app to cook your food!!! Oh ya the ribs looked fantastic but I already knew they would once I saw you using the LSG!!!!

Those ribs looked fantastic Greg! Beautiful color. I know those body shop guys enjoyed those. Got to love the LSG pellet grill. That's the only pellet grill I will own period. Thanks for the shoutout too Greg!

I had the pleasure of cooking on a LSG Pellet grill last year and was amazed at the amount of light blue smoke it put out! Awesome pit, awesome recipe! Nice job brother!

You're the best Greg! What an awesome gesture of gratitude you did for those guys at the body shop. That Jeep of yours looks like the kind of vehicle you need here in Australia to get to the best camping and fishing spots. That's a diesel engine right?

It looks like a great cook. I have never used a pellet smoker and am starting to look at them due to the ease of maintaining Temps for overnight cooks. I like the quality of Lone Star. How was the smokiness?

3 questions 1. Was there any difference between the ribs on the top rack vs the bottom? 2. Can you premix and maybe simmer the butter/sugar/onion/tiger sauce mixture to speed up the wrapping procedure? 3. How did they like the ribs? Best they’ve ever had I’ll bet. Great vid Greg, as always

Sup Greg, great rendition of johnny triggs ribs, used to do for cookouts, awesome looking smoker, never used pellet smoker, mine were famous old school smokers, one over 700lbs that's why took a bunch of people to rob me🤬, realized my LG grind plate was out there and your book among other books and other stuff...Steven raichlens bbq bible was pretty useless anyway lol, ingredients couldn't get ect. Now have to smoke at brothers house and heat in oven lol, the guys at garage must have been amazed, tyvm tc

Good Looking Ribs, Since you have Lonestargrillz stick burner, what is your opinion of smoke profile on pellet grill compared to your stick burner. I have only tasted one smoked item off a pellet grill it was smoked turkey off a green mtn Daniel Boone and they were using smoke tube. I liked the product I made on my kettle better. Happy Thanksgiving

What do you prefer the lone star pellet smoker of the lone star vertical you have
@BallisticBBQ Жыл бұрын
I think the LSG pellet is definitely the best pellet smoker I have ever used; it comes close to a stick-burner regarding smoke flavor. But, it's really tough to beat an offset, burning splits.

Greg - considering a Lone Star Pellet grill/smoker. Do you really like the flavor of the Lone Star? I have a neighbor with a pit boss pellet and i really dont like the flavor. Could be pellets. Also, looking at the MB gravity fed pit for its versatility. I know the price points are at opposite ends of the spectrum but I like the ability of the grilling aspects of the MB. Anyway your thoughts?
