Thanks so much for posting this gorgeous program! It appears to be the only one in its ENTIRETY of Johnny's awesome and unique (unto himself, that is,) "Notre Dame" on KZbin. I'll be back here often. :-) BTW, you might wish to include NOTRE DAME as well as SILVER MEDAL (or 2nd) in your title - Johnny Weir NHK 2008 Silver NOTRE DAME - so that people can find ithis spectacular programmore readily, especially since others on KZbin are mere chopped up versions.

He should definitely be an Olympic medalist! The medal itself is worthless but the title you cannot put a price on and I feel bad for JW that he doesnt have one. He absolutely earned and deserved one. The judges at times have been brutally wrong!

Agree..but even without a medal he is one of the world's most well known and respected figure skaters. He now is a great analyst at NBC. He also still skates in shows mainly Asia...he says for 2 more years.

I wonder why commentators always feel the need to tell us what jumps the skaters are making. The people who know what the jumps are and care about them can tell for themselves. Those that can't tell for themselves won't benefit much from being told what they are. It just interrupts the program. :/

Yes, I can feel he skated with his soul! But now, everyone jumps and jumps because the rule forces to so. The short program is same in everyone. And this has been lasted quite long since 2018. Everyone can get high score so easy but without leaving any impression. So let me forget the current of this sports.

🌿🌞🌿 Не согласна, что SP у ВСЕХ одинаковая. SP -- Hanyu Yuzuru : "Ballade", "Otonal", " Let me entertain you ", "Intro & Rondo Capriccioso" -- где и у кого можно найти аналог этим короткометражкам. Yuzuru много и у многих учился мастерству figure skating, - но на льду - сии приобретённые навыки, - у него ВСЕГДА "звучали" в собственной, только ему присущей, транскрипции.

.... There are large numbers of tracks that have been skated to by many, many skaters. Romeo and Juliet, Ave Maria, and a few others have been skated to dozens of times!
