Irresponsible, some say criminal immigration policies have changed the America WE remember!! The consciousness of the country has slowly been changed to accommodate other filthy cultures all in the name of acceptance and pulled US away from our Christian values. still in Winnebago, IL (100 miles from Chicago). good music on the radio! graduated from 8th grade in June and had my confirmation that April. sneaking cigarettes with my friend Tammy and my cousin (we used to climb up into an apple tree and smoke!). Started my freshman year of H.S. that was not fun. I was bullied. but there were some nice kids and I will cherish the memories of the friends who were for real! :) still love the music of the late 70's. saw a lot of good movies too with my friend Diane, ALIEN, SUPERMAN, AMITYVILLE HORROR. I do remember 3 mile Island incident happening and the DC10 crash in Chicago. the winter between 78 going into 79 was brutal in the Midwest.

Oh my God! You showed the Disco Demolition! I watched that on TV in Chicago as a kid and it broke my heart! I almost mentioned in my comment on the 1978 video that I LOVED Disco as a kid and seeing people burn their Disco albums in Comiskey Park was traumatic. Years later, though, from the ashes of Disco, came House Music, born in the underground of Chicago. I got hooked on House in my teens and it began my life-long love of House and DJ-ing! I still DJ House music, to this day, except I live in LA, now. Man, you've gotta do more of these! Thank you!
