Thanks Darryl for your request of The Titans "So Hard To Laugh". There's an acapella version of this which I really adore. And back in the 80's us folk here in the UK came to know this wonderful song when Rocky Sharpe & The Replays recorded it - and I think I saw them perform it live. Funnily enough I think the lead singer of both The Titans and Rocky Sharpe & The Replays have a lisp.

I know the likes of "Good rockin' tonight", "Butcher Pete" and "Black Diamond" are better known but I think "Gal From Kokomo" is just wonderful. Thanks also for playing Etta James "Tough Lover". Yes Paul....that's Jimmy Wright on Sax...he was the house band for George Goldner's RAMA & GEE labels....he has an unmistakable sound...and can be heard on other songs as he moonlighted to do other sessions, namely for BULLSEYE records....Johnny
