Yes.... In a high pitched voice. Just about all members of the parrot family are mimics, most very limited. Budgies for example can learn hundreds of words

@@Wilcoranking I can attest to that. All the budgies I had talked except for a sweet little female I had. Although female budgies can be taught to talk. If you want an avid talker who speaks in a clear voice, get an Indian ringneck. Look up Chatterbox parrots here on You Tube. They are precocious little clowns. Another good channel is Peekaboo parrots. Indian ring necks love saying peekaboo.
