Price per square foot Forest Hill & Rosedale are far far more expensive than Bridal Path. Yes, there are more expensive homes in Bridal Path but they are 10x the size of house and lot. Forest Hill = Beverly Hills, Bridal Path = Bel Air

Hi Johnny Strides...good morning to you Toronto's flavourite centric walking explorer lol. hoped your workweek starting off well and enjoying the first snow ❄. This was a good captivating lovely walk through residential streets of forest hill, the 2nd most wealthiest neighborhood in T.O after the bridle path! the homes there are truly more like Belair district in T.O, plus the Chaplin LRT stn should bring lots of benefits and more transit access to ppl in Forest Hill area@ down along spadina..itsucks that metrolinz aiming to open it end of next year wen originally back yrs from gekko was slated to start operations in Sept. 2021. anyways truly liked the vid..Take it easy. cheers

Hi johnny loved this video brings that small town vibe feel in the heart of Toronto with this more spread out homes me being in Barrie growing up in Mississauga appreciate that with that being said I know I asked them n the past once but with the pandemic eased I'd truly love a Mississauga city hall square mall living arts center type walk maybe beginning at those first few streets behind that older YMCA and newer condos? I think your viewers would dig the nostalgic style of the city hall and liberty buildings both have such character cheers I try and catch many of your videos love ones like these!

Most expensive homes generally don't put up For Sale signs in Forest Hill. Wish you included the listings shown at the front of the Forest Hill Real Estate when you go through Forest Hill Village.

Suburb?! Forest Hill is in no way a suburb. It’s closer to midtown. Quite central and urban. Really enjoyed this video though. :)

Why are these big houses so close to each other?
@kevinn11583 жыл бұрын
Alert! Somebody is walking in the neighbourhood, he must be a burglar. Call the cops!! The houses on Dunvegan were 9.3 mil and 16.5 mil. You can get a shack for 3 mil. As a big fan of design, if you have that kind of money, I don't get why you would buy a fake old world design like these places. Hire a good architect and design something unique for god sakes. The other big issue about areas like this is there's no community atmosphere. Nobody knows each other. Our friends live in an area north just off Yonge similar to this and they say they never see their neighbours. It sucks. Having said this, I might apply to have my girls go to Havergal under a bursary. They can be the gifted poor kids that all the rich kids want to hang out with so they can say they know poor people.
@normamimosa59913 жыл бұрын
I live in a downtown area and don't know my neighbors. You will find that most of these homes belong to "old money." They pass down one family through the generations. And, by the way, they know their neighbors. Of course, there is no street community atmosphere. They entertain with style in their homes. As a big fan of design, you would know that many of these homes have likely been redesigned on the inside. Meanwhile, it sounds as if you have a mixture of envy and jealousy. Seems to me, if you give off these vibes to your girls, entrenching how poor they are, you would be setting them up for difficulties in a private school. On the other hand if you instilled a can-do attitude, they would do better among more wealthy kids. Having said that, if you can afford it, sending your girls to private school would be well worth it. The difference between kids at public schools today and those at private schools is like night and day, with huge advantages for those in private schools (better education, general knowledge, ability to converse with all people with reason and intelligence, manners, image, and potential); however, if you set them up with inferiority complexes, it might not work out so well for them.

@@normamimosa5991 LOL. You clearly have no sense of humour. I was being facetious. And you don’t know my financial situation either. I own a detached home downtown. And I know most of my neighbours.
