This song hits so close to heart. My partner and I know that it will be us until the end. we were sure of that. After so many failed relationship on my end and me being his first girlfriend. We were thankful that finally we met each other. It was a smooth sailing relationship, we were open and accepting of each others flaws and embracing our differences. Then the Pandemic came along with its travel restrictions and we cannot be together physically, still, we always communicate and assure each other that we will see each other soon after all of this. The restrictions started March 2020 and we only got to see each other November of the same year. little did I know that was the last time I will see him. I lost my partner last December 2020. And every day it is hard to wake up. I lost my will to continue, the path is blurry. I miss him everyday and I wish he knows how much I love him, I wish I told him that enough. I really thought we had the rest of our lives together, we were making and planning a lot of things for the both of us. I came to accept that he is gone and comforted with the thought knowing wherever he is, he is happy. And there will be a time that we will meet soon. He was the best memory I have and I know I will treasure him forever. Mahal ko, Paalam, I love you and Thank you. Thank you for this song Sir Johnoy and Gabba I used to watch gigs of you and Tom's Story before. More power to you!

I lost my father a few weeks ago and listening to this song made me cry my heart out thinking of him. This is the first time I have cried so much listening to your song. I'm not good with words and I find it hard to describe what I actually feel so hearing "Will I ever learn to live with this grief that comes in waves, trying to turn the tide of what I couldn’t save", my tears automatically fell. Will I ever move on from this heartache? I guess I will never know. But thank you for making this song. It made me think of someone I cherish so much.
