the concert footage is from 2005 and it was the first tour where Dougie sang a song he wrote back when he was 13 it's called Silence Is A Scary Sound, so he was very involved in writing from the get go. He has some lines on Wonderland (in a song called Nothing) but back then he wasn't singing as much as he is now because he thinks his voice is annoying when there's too much of it on the album, he's said that multiple times, which obviously no one agrees with. Harry especially always wanted Doug to sing more, and has said so on many occasions. Sorry for the long answer, super stoked to watch you react to Wonderland it was the first album of them I've ever heard back in high school 😍

Fun fact! This song (and McFly themselves) appeared in the movie Just My Luck starring Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine. It's actually how I discovered them back in the day. Check it out!

Dougie is the youngest in the band and was really shy about singing in the beginning. There's some footage of him early on singing Transylvania with Danny, he started singing more over the years. 😊 He does have a great voice too, all three are different and still compliment each other really well!
