Send minor non violent offenders in a rehabilitation reform, educational trade training etc... With home arrest for the duration of completion of the program. I feel as though with all these tragic situations happening people need to stop looking to the government for help if you drop something in the house do you call the government and ask them to help pick it up no you got to be responsible for your own personal safety the city is going crazy the authorities are overwhelmed fight back I feel like people need to arm their selfs and fight back enough of these young punks start getting hurt I promise you things will turn around they know they got the upper hand and people are scared I'm not scared I refuse to be a victim I don't know what's wrong with society today but I feel as though it's the parents fault people know the people that are doing the crime in their neighborhood they need to focus on that keep an eye on them report things and just help those that you are asking for help to help you it starts by self-preservation
