check /spell=115080 at wowhead. He just used it after quick switch from the target below 10% health before effect faded. As it had been mentioned in the clip, the more health the monk has, the more damage he deals with the touch of death

its touch of death move on the monk, it can only be used when the opponent is at 10% health and it supposed to basically guarantee the kill, but if the warrior does intervene the warrior takes the next attack done on himself meaning he gets hit with touch of death one shotting him cause that's the for sure kill move but since its supposed to be for sure that's why it can only be done to an enemy at 10% health lol its a "break the rules" type of move

The monk pvp 4 set allows you to use ToD against targets at 5% or less HP.

Intervene causes the warrior to take the next hit landed on the ally. the monk uses touch of death which will deal max health(or higher) as damage to ensure death. so he basicly caught certain death with his intervene

This happened to me once. On RBG wsg, I was nuking a healer and he got to low HP, all way down to 10%. Then at the same time I used Touch of Death, their flag carrier Warrior intervened him and ended up one shot instead and the flag got returned, resulting for our cap. Most epic victory I've ever had.

You can't buy the level 60 PvP set from the Darkmoon Faire. You can buy the replicas at area 52, but you need the achievement.

touch of death. monk move. when an enemy is low enough, a monk can use that move and it kills them like that. when that move was able to be used, swifty intervenes (which makes the enemy that was attacking their enemy now goes on the warrior) and since touch of death is a one shot for death, it killed swifty from full to death.

Never has been. It's getting better. But what happened here could really only happen in the perfect storm. A character would have to get below 10%, a warrior on their team would have to intervene them just before a monk hits the low hp character with Touch of Death.
