According to the National Archives, this was recorded in 1985, AFTER the African tour. Richard Underwood had a vague recollection that the video may have been made to be shown in Spain, for reasons he couldn't remember.

@DevinDeChantMusic Thanks for splicing it together from the two parts on my channel. I contacted the U.S. Library of Congress about it year ago, and then I had to order it through a certified intermediary trained to access and copy their materials. Not sure why it came to me in two parts and with only one channel of audio. See also my upload of a video featuring Hickory Wind (also obtained from the U.S. Library of Congress). ...
