This is a wonderful place that we haven't visited since 2017. As we have done the lower falls only, I think we might have do Johnston Canyon again and push on to the upper falls and ink pots this year when we come over in a few days. Hello friends! I really like my new camera - the larger sensor pics up more dynamic range, and the 15mm F1.4 lens captures a wider field of view for a lot of the shooting I do, and is really good in low light. Absolutely one of the best sights in Banff! Walking along the canyon is truly rewarding . Nice to know that they opened the trail to the upper falls . It was closed last winter. You captured the best views of the canyon beautifully . Another’s great presentation Jim!

Hi there! I arrived early, around 9:30 AM at the beginning of June, and there was ample parking 😀. I haven't been there in July or August, but I would expect it to be somewhat more busy. Thanks for watching, and enjoy your visit in the canyon 👍
