This video is a tutorial for OcCre's rigging Schematics. I explain how to read the schematics, for the yards making, the main rigging, the yards rigging and the sails rigging.

Hello John. I built my first ship (the Albatross) and enjoyed the process very much. One of the critiques I had was that I found that understanding the rigging diagrams was a bit of a challenge. Oh how I wish I has known of this video before tacking the task. Even though I was puzzled at times in completing the task I was able to see the logic in the schematics. Certainly there were a few things I got wrong but I completed the model successfully. Your video confirmed many things to me and also educated me in the areas where I struggled. I have bookmarked this video and plan to use it as a reference as I tackle my next model, The Essex. Thank you for you clear and thorough explanation to decode the schematics. You have performed an excellent service for those of us new to OcCre models.
