Adding 20HP to my 2023 KTM 500 EXC-F Dual Sport!! INSANE!!

That's a great kit, I started with that on my 23 then did a full FMF and the Euro boot. John @ TPI Tuning is who does the ecu tuning. Awesome guy, he went above and beyond helping me diagnose a bad fuel pump, even sent me a pressure guage. The bike rips with his tune.

Max you're probably looking at 5 to 10hp with a GET ECU, Reed delete, fuel rail and end cap. I have this same exact bike. Don't waste your money on the end cap! Just spend the $800 bucks and get the fmf 4.1 pipe. Definitely want to change the sprockets front and rear. Add the GET ECU with map switch. Change out the stock tires.

I just got this kit for the 24’. What does the exhaust manifold part actually do? It’s the same size opening and looks almost exactly like the stock one. I thought it might remove some restrictions but looks like no. Any idea?

Very! Bike is a lot more peppy and runs well on the highway. Can’t say I’ve done any exclusive off-roading yet but will be heading to Hatfield here in September for 4 days! Hit a few fire trails and whatnot and seems to be fine there as well.

Uhh, I don't believe one bit of there being 20hp worth of upgrades there. All that was upgraded was fuel line fittings. The end cap isn't going to give you 20hp, and some random tune from somewhere isn't going to do it either. I think you got scammed and if it was me, I'll call them out on it.

Ahhh I’m good with it. Thanks though! I could honestly care less about 20hp. That’s just good clickbait! The bike is a lot more peppy, sounds better, runs cooler, and doesn’t want to shut off everytime you shift or come to a stop so I’m happy with it 🤙🏼🤙🏼
