WUACD International Community Development held between Universitas Airlangga and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia being a symbol of collaboration to alleviate global issues and enhance knowledge within the community. In a presence, WUACD can contribute into new ideas and perspectives, from learning culture to community service in Malaysia.

World University Association for Community Development (WUACD) was established by Universitas Airlangga in 2018. Its main focus is to improve the quality of community services programs in both Indonesia and abroad along with the other members of WUACD.
