I believe this is for group 0 to 3. Do all age group configurations work under the seat belt (without Isofix)?

What about rearward facing without the insert? Does the car seat belt go under the child or over them?

Hi David, No, you can keep the top tether/anchor secured to the vehicle. If in doubt, get a car seat installer to take a look.

My Joie Ispin 360 is stuck and wont spin any more (it is facing backwards), any ideas on how to fix this?

Might be a little late... but things are known for working their way into the spin mechanism, mainly preventing it from locking. Sometimes, turning upside down and giving a good shake can resolve.
