Extremely poor video explanation of how to adjust the webbing. If anyone is struggling as we did - you press a silver button you get to through the hole in the fabric nearest you - were you see her hand go to. Holding this button down you pull on one of the straps of the webbing where the hoops of the webbing come through at the babies shoulders. Don't pull both pieces of webbing just one.

Thank you! Had a Joie base and seat before and I found it grand. This one may as well have been hidden in my back garden for all the luck I had looking for it before your comment!
