Research chemicals like malodextrin, EDTA & many others they put in almost everything. I found a few basic items like cheese, bread, certain crackers etc without it (supposedly) Some are addictive others cause weight gain & cancer. There's no need for these chemicals other than to make people sick & gain weight which causes illness. It's pure evil. I feel so much better avoiding these chemicals. Sugar is definitely one of them & it causes cancer too. Thank you Jesus for exposing these things!!!

I really enjoyed doing a Daniel fast for 2 days. Fasting seems to resonate with me because I seem to have a few enemies who carry jealous spirits. So it's like having a table prepared in the midst of your enemies. Unfortunately these schmucks like trying to pull the strings on the situation with my kingdom spouse.

I will definitely be participating in this fast! Prior to the K.S. fast, I had just gotten off a 7 day no food fast n it was relatively easy. When I did the 2 day fast with everyone, I was being tempted left and right which means it was a powerful and fruitful fast. I have come to believe that it's because we all came into agreement together. There IS power in numbers! I'm looking forward to this next fast because I definitely need it, health wise. I only using organic monk fruit powder . It’s not a sugar or sweetener only a natural fruit dried and grounded. It’s sweet and I think is zero calorie. Also a 5 thousand years old face oil from India . The small bottle is cheap enough called: iyura kesaradi. Definitely organic and natural non toxic products. God said use 100 percent cotton etc as well. I know it’s hard nowadays.

Fasting without prayer is just starving yourself. Gotta be praying for help with eating better while doing this. The Word says to not listen to those who say do not taste, do not touch for it does nothing against the desire of the flesh. This is not a correction for Raven, but actually just showing that fasting should be a time with Him to get closer to Him and that trying to change while in your flesh will do nothing against the desires of your flesh and you will likely return to eating the same way you were before "fasting."

I need some discernment on honey. It’s what John the Baptist ate, and I believe it has antioxidants. I want to be strict on cutting out all poison, I sense honey is good but might cut it out just for the 40 months

Proverbs 24:13 “My son, eat honey because it is good, And the honeycomb which is sweet to your taste.” Real honey definitely has some health benefits, I’m going to leave it out while fasting like this though.

What happened to the hat? You looked like an adorable Little Debbie without the junk food. Junk food is bad. Avoid everything that has corn syrup, it is even worse than added sugars. We need sugar, but getting it from fruit and vegetables is the natural way to get sugar. Honey is a better way to get sugar as well. Highly processed food is very bad. In general, the stuff you want to eat healthy is along the walls of the grocery store. All the highly processed stuff is in the middle aisles. If you have a Farmers market and maybe Amish people like here in Ohio, that's really good too. If you see the Amish, don't take their picture, they don't like it. They are not a curiosity. We are to be good stewards of the environment, not worship it; big difference. Yes,without the honey bee we all die.🍯 🐝 Drink plenty of water, get sunshine. Most skin cancer is caused by a lack of sunlight. Most people don't get enough sunlight, yet they wear sunblock because they've been told that the sun is bad. Just remember, the medical industrial complex makes billions a year to keep us sick. Telling you how to be healthy isn't profitable. A good vegetable protein/fiber power is beneficial as well for health and energy. Oh yeah, also ignore the food pyramid; if you think that you should be consuming mostly cereals, bread and other grains you've lost your mind. High protein, low carbs, low fat ( good fat,) and low sugar ( fruit and vegetables.
