OMG I cannot overstate how much I love this national final. Sadzejot by Tepat is just incredible! Also love Ligo, Ramtai, Zelts, Monster, Bur Man Laimi and The Water. I have my fix of indie tracks, ethic sounds and bops

Yes! My indie heart is singing a bit.

Ligo could be a top 5 at ESC if they get the staging right. It's about Midsummer, the holiday. All the northern countries will be able to relate to it.

10:22-10:24 I thought I was the only one who quoted this Wendyism in day-to-day life haha. Hi from Poland!

I already accepted that it will probably be between Ludvig and Citi Zeni in the end and I'm ok with it, but I wait for The Water staging cause that track could actually be the moment. Latvia has so many good songs this year!

Bur Man Laimi is RIGHT up my alley, love it and I can see it on the Eurovision stage, but I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea, if it doesn't win that's okay, I'm just happy to have found out about this group. For me the Eurovision preseason is all about that, discovering new artists all across Europe(+Australia)

Finally appreciation for Tepat! 😍 love their song! It's them, KoBra or Citi Zēni for me, but The Ludvig is definitely starting to click! Love this NF! 💖

Great Playlist. Although last year's Supernova was great as well. And I would even go as far as to say that even the 23 edition had some great stuff in it (albeit many fillers as well)

Ligo could definitely pull off a landslide victory but the Ludvig needs to stage the song properly for it to have its full effect. He can convince those who would have voted another song if he can do this. I really think Latvia have a Eurovision winner on their hands with him!

I’m worried it will end up a bit messy. It’s got the potential to go like Alvan & Ahez

Please react to the full version of "Monster" by Grēta...there's a reason she one of the favorites to win right now!!!
@AlesiaMichelle15 сағат бұрын
That genre is not "personally" my thing- she's got to bring it to life and I think she could but even then it still wouldn't "personally" be my thing. Ya know... I have been convinced before and maybe Greta could get me.

The intro was like "Stop talking Alesia" I have never liked a Latvian entry as much as Līgo (The Ludvig), this is exactly the type of Eurovision songs I love, and the ending is amazing ! I think it's a safe qualifier in Eurovision if executed well I'm really surprised by Citi Zēni because I really disliked Eat Your Salad but I actually really like Ramtai ! I feel like it would be a deserved return and Q for them The thing with Monster is that Grēta is pretty much singing without a pause for the whole entire song so it may be difficult to give us both dance moves and vocals for 3 minutes

I have to agree though. Supernova 2024 was already miles better than the last few editions. It really wasn't bad at all. But this year's the first time I prefer Supernova over Eesti Laul.

The more time you get to spend with Latvia the better it gets.
