This will be great mate - yes, we want to see you get better but i bet it will be so reassuring for others with similar conditions to know they're not alone and also, for those who are undiagnosed to know it's not them 'just being lazy' on the sofa but an energy-sapping illness. Keep them coming!

Hope you don't mind me asking, but could you be wheat, grains, GLUTEN intolerant? I was like you hyper fit lots of running and cycling each week, most days, but I was gradually getting more and more tired, migraines, irritable, not wanting to go out loss fitness. I was getting eczema over my body which really depressed me as I never had skin problems. Watched a few videos on YT about wheat and gluten intolerance as they were recommended to me by YT and I was bored, had never taken this intolerance seriously. Boy what a mistake!!! I have been off wheat, whole grains, all types of grains, oats barley and GLUTEN for the last 2-3 weeks. No bread, pizzas, pasta, (seldom eat pasta now anyway), pastries, pies. I do some intermittent fasting as well have been for the last couple of years. I don't eat any refined sugar now, avoid fructose of any kind either added to foods or in fruit and I try and keep my carb intake really low. Since dropping wheat, grains and gluten I feel bloody marvellous. Lots of energy sleep far far better. Migraines are gone. No more brain fog and lethargy. Just a thought as you might be intolerant to wheat, grains and gluten as well. Gluten is a protein most people cannot handle in their digestive system and which causes autoimmune responses such as eczema, irritability, mood changes, joint pain, migraines, brain fog, etc. GWS.

@@GrahamFootBicycleLover Also I have come to the conclusion if you are going to eat carbs then eat potatoes/sweet potatoes other carb veg (obviously NOT in huge quantities to become fat), but not wheat as wheat itself and gluten causes so many problems for some people. Many people don't even know that it is wheat and gluten that is causing their health issues. But the big food manufacturers don't want people to know how difficult it is for our bodies to digest and deal with wheat and gluten. Anything with an ingredients list I check thoroughly for wheat, barley, oats which contain gluten and gluten itself, flour plus all the other nasties such as preservatives - nitrites and nitrates, stabilisers, flavourings, aspartame, MSG, added sugar, dextrose, HFCS - high fructose corn syrup, etc. and if present, I avoid. HTH.
