My name is Alice Barile based in the USA visual Artist. I am a nature inspired and I create my art with love and passion absolutely intuitively. Art really is therapy-not just emotionally but physically. If I recall correctly, a scientific study revealed that the act of painting reduced stress levels in the body. How cool is that?? By the way, I love that you use your fingers to blend. I do that too! Happy Easter, dear Alice! 🌼🌸🌺

Thank you very much dear Helen 🥰❤️🙏 I want to tell you the secret how to kill cancer and you will heal yourself in a year. Eat ones a day with intervals of 26 hours. Eat beef, eggs, vegetables and berries. Drink a lot of water and no sugar at all any kind. Between 24 and 26th hour of fasting your own cells will destroy cancer cells as unrecognized material in your body. Cancer cells will be weakened because there is no sugar incoming that what cancer cells need for energy. It’s not an easy journey but you will gain long lasting healthy life. I agree with Cara. Art is therapy. So much of the artist, whether beginner or advanced, gets poured into the creative process. I like the texture, the gold and black colors.
