Hello there, I am on your interview course and completely understand the CUDSAR model. I was just wondering how you would alter it to address two people in an altercation. I understand you need to ask a lot of questions to gauge as much information as possible. But do you speak to them separately or at the same time. Thank you

@@bluelightconsultancy Sorry, just writing again to be a bit more specific. I am pretty sure I have watched all the videos in the Role-Play and CUDSAR section on the course and cannot find where it mentions dealing with separating two people to talk to them. Also in one of the videos it mentions that there are some example role-plays to practice but I also cannot find them.
