Kutchenyu is best from pike and carp. Both together make the best! The powder is not from the authentic taste. It isn’t the natural form. So you don’t get the same taste.

All the people that work there are frum yidden. There’s nothing questionable about it, it’s hard on the managers. They have very little time to prepare for shabbos.
