Just found your channel this morning! I can see yours provides us with a great deal of good information. I'm half Italian and Polish. My father James Bernardo Cinquemani and my mother Sophia Julia Stolarsky. I've always wanted to travel to Italy. I was very close to my father's father! My grandfather Joseph Paul Cinquemani Sr was my Pop. He loved music and was a professional musician his entire life. His father was too and was born in Sicily. Both his maternal and paternal parents were all from Sicily. I'm considering applying for dual citizenship and living there for several months out of each year. I'm retired and have a small horse farm in East Texas. I'm divorced from Mr Falbo, have been for 30+ years and we had Five children together who are all grown and married now, no grandchildren as of yet. I just had double knee replacements and I'm recovering nicely and will have two new knees to travel to and tour Italy without pain. A tour like the one you can provide is right up my alley! He had a good last few months, and watched a video on how to make wine from Positano diaries. Nicki and Carlo, his last night. Telling him we would travel to Italy soon...

My idea is to live in the same style of a certain past it would be interesting to take an initiative to rent a castle anywhere in Italy and organize dance, dinners and other things with costumes of a nobility of the time !! And then invite the population of the world to this event!!

Rieti is listed by an Italian law firm as qualifying for the 7% tax program but the population far exceeds 20,000. I love Rieti and would move there in a heartbeat if it fell under the 7% tax plan.

Kim, Rieti the province is listed as it has some towns in the earthquake zone with less than 20,000 people. Rieti the town has 47,000 people and is not eligible but some small towns in the earthquake zone are …. I.e. those towns on the list I can send you… Chip

My case is nearing going to court....I'm pushing 73 so it may be too late to go over to reside, but I am taking the time to do Swedish death cleaning and gradually letting go of things. Fingers crossed that in the next year I will be a "blood" Italian citizen! I would love the "business" aspect of this event, but sadly, due to bad kidneys, I can't partake in a lot of the food experiences. I've zeroed in on Salerno (my great grandfather was born in a small town SE) because it has a NutraSi!! I need some of the "health food" types of things! I traveled a lot but not alone to Italy although I was there 50 years ago and my biggest fear is dealing with public transport!! (But getting out of New Mexico is NOT easy!) Of course, I'm still concerned about COVID. But your agenda is SO TEMPTING!!!
