I'm from the Netherlands, the flyer that says Deutsch had to say Dutch. I can read that. A more more literal translation from "en zijn omgeving" is "and its surroundings" instead of the "regions" on the English one which would translate to "regio's" in Dutch. Can be quite a difference in what you think you will find in the flyer.

Bro we are worlds apart because i was screaming "IGUANA!!" the entire time you were talking about insects Also, with the vegan lasagna, i can actually explain that one. It was a packaging error, not a food recipe error. What happened is this: the vegan and non vegan lasanga were made at the same factory, and this incident was the result of the packaging machines being loaded with the wrong labels for the lasagnas. So the sausage lasagna was labeled as squash, and the squash was labeled as sausage. Not defending the incident at all, but more for reassurance, the products themsleves look VERY different from the images i could find, so the likelihood this made anyone sick (because giving meat to someone that doesn't eat it WILL make them sick, their body can't process it after a while) is low, but still extremely bad.
