There's a mission concerning the Blood Tom path where you can go in guns blazing or pretend to join the cultists to get what you want. Most didn't do this option.

You can either do this mission the gun blazing full action way or do the pretend to join the cult and get in the peaceful way. Tried the peaceful way for my second playthough.
