I went through RIP in Aug of '99. "Cole Range" was nothing but a hot smoke fest 🤣🤣🤣I embraced the suck and learn to live with discomfort because of RIP and 4 years in Regiment. I apply teamwork and camaraderie 22 years later through various jobs I've had throughout the years since my enlistment. R. L. T. W!!!

How can I get to regiment as a 19D? I’ve been in for a year, I didn’t know completely how the army worked when I signed my contract, and I should’ve gone infantry, one of my recruiters had 7 deployments with the regiment, and he told me if I could get in I would just re-class to 11B if I made it, but what do I do? Going to the regiment would be a dream of mine, I’m in a heavy unit right now, but how could I do this?

You probably need to contact a recruiter from the unit or call the unit directly and ask

I’m interested in joining and I got one year left of high school , sadly my pt scores are not good . I need to figure out how I can increase my push-ups and pull-ups fast and be able to run 2 miles etc . Overall I’m just trying to figure how I should train and is there a recommended workout routine I should follow ?

Couch to 5k is a pretty good app to get your running up. You just need to do more reps to improve your push-ups and pull-ups. If you can't do any pull-ups then start with a flexed arm hang to build up some strength. Cross-training is also key. I personally recommend getting familiar with the rowing machine. That will increase your aerobic ability while also building up the muscles you'll use for pull-ups and other exercises.

its not 2 miles, last time i checked the website it was an 8 mile run and you gotta do it within 45 mins, tbf i'm a bit excited because i can prove to my Dad that im not a failure :D

@@prodigy2777 I’m pretty sure there false , it’s 2 miles under 14 mins . They make the 3 mile a 30 or 40 min max so I don’t know how a 8 mile is possible in 40 mins lol

Join your schools track and cross country team and work on your pull ups, push ups etc in summer most schools do cross country conditioning so try it out for your running

Is short round burst allowed in cqb training if that spilled perfers it. I’m talking on a m4. What if the soilder trains himself to counter does first 3 round burst.
