My father's a white Latin King from Northside Chicago, he made his crown in the 70's. He's been shot, he's been stabbed...what i respect the most about him...he left that life with the blessing of the Kings and became a legendary Paramedic in Chicago, Jacksonville and Boston. He wanted a better life for his children. He's proud of who he was and where he came from but he's a lot more proud of what he overcame and the father and husband he became. I feel blessed to have a father that did not glorify that life but made a point long before I was born to keep me out of it.

I got into gangs and did 7 years in prison myself. 5 years in over me not fronting another member who kept coming up short I was stabbed 2x in my chest with a fence wire. I didn’t really know how bad it was cause it looked like just a tiny little poke in the middle of my back and then once in the center of my chest 12 hours later, I was gasping for breath and choking up blood, and I kept being short of breath, my lung collapsed and right down there in the hospital I decided I would never be again in my life. I got transferred out of that prison due to the stabbing touch down in my next joint. I immediately signed up for school. I graduated six months before I went home. I got tears in my eyes. I cried because I proved to myself that I’m actually you know pretty smart guy. I hardly studied for the test. I had no teachers. I did this all during Covid by myself and myself, you know and I turn my life around and I remember calling my 13 year old son and telling him you know I graduated how proud he was of me out there. I can relate to him really well growing up in the neighborhood being half white mixed, not fitting in with the white, not fitting in with the Latino culture can’t speak Spanish and you want to get down you know my uncles were all gang members and I was first generation white and my family so I’ve been fit with them finally when I was 1415 I got in with the crew. I got put on because the federal indictments came out and a lot of the older members in the neighborhood all went to the feds there is over 400 gang members picked up in my city back at this time, big Latin indictment outlaw motorcycle indictments coming out I mean really the city was in shambles but eventually got down shot. You know I’ve never been a shooter myself. I’ve always had a big heart. I didn’t really like fighting growing up. You know that family lifestyle hang out and do what I seen my father doing, I remember my uncle telling me prison is a part of our lifestyle and my first time going to prison like I finally got my stripes. You know I was 20 and I did just a two sentence came home 90 days later I was arrested for fell and possession of a firearm and intent to distribute heroin and a fleeing ling charge and they gave me seven years so 35. I’ve been home you know after doing revocation time in my prison time I’ve been home solid for 3 1/2 years. I haven’t even gotten the speeding ticket. I stopped hanging out with all of those people who know the presents they wanna help you they’re not helping you when I came home my first time my guy gave me a Ruger 9 mm nickel and he gave me a outfit from the mall heroin and I thought man he’s really showing me. Love just 90 days later he got himself and turned on me and that’s what got me caught, these people they don’t care about any youngsters out there if you get involved in the gang or you meet a gang member turn around and run the best advice I can give to you. You know talk weird because when I’m trying to speak, I only have one lung I’m 35 years old I lost most of my life, and I have nothing to show for it besides a couple of tattoos that I used to think were badges of honor but at 35 years old, I’m embarrassed to takeoff my shirt if I go swimming with my son at the pool because who wants to see my neighborhood tattooed on me who wants to see my tattoos you know when I see another father was his child in there looking at me when I’m wearing a tank top or no T-shirt I get embarrassed and rightfully so I should be because I made these mistakes. Remember getting into a fight, and I stab somebody myself and I was able to get my batch of honor tattooed on my face and now I look in the mirror and I look at what it is and I feel disgusted that every day of my life I will have to live with that every day I come out of the shower I have to see these markings on my body. I see the scars all over my body. I see the big scar where they took my lung out of my chest because my own people turned on me over maybe $50 worth of dope nothing about prison these neighborhood gang are gay, that’s all. I gotta say about 35 year old man.

This brother is absolutely correct, satan fell because of pride. Next to money being the root of all evil, it is pride
@danielvallender762Ай бұрын
Love of money not money itself, yeah...pride sux
@scgiantsАй бұрын
I saw someone reply about how money was the root of all evil and pride. Although I agree with most all of what he wrote I did want to point out something that I noticed. I mean no disrespect to anyone at all... and I don't believe anything I wrote will be taken that way but I also am aware that words without the benefit of seeing the persons facial expressions and body language, can be taken in ways that the author of those words did not intend. Also, I didn't set out to type all of what I did... but for whatever reason I was moved to do so, and when it has something to do with God I've learned to not question it, as there is usually no coincidences, someone will need to see something that I wrote usually, so here it is: Money in and of itself is neither good or evil. Rather the love/greed of money that's 'the root of all evil' according to Holy Scripture in 1Timothy6:10 ...as at that point a person is putting the importance of money above God, making a false god out of it (as is everything and anything that we put above our love for Him), and there are NUMEROUS passages in the Bible where God said that he is a 'jealous God', refusing to allow those who are His to put anyone or anything before Him. He rightfully views that as us giving His creation with more importance than the Creator, which is Him. It'd be like being a master bike builder, and all of the top motorcycle magazines writing several articles about the bikes and showing several photos of them, but never mentioning who built them ....or if the person is mentioned, he is mentioned as a mere afterthought, as if it's not important who built them. Or worse, like say if the journalists talk all respectful like when speaking directly to the master builder, but then when they were't speaking directly to him their actions show that they don't really give two shits about him at all, and it is just the bikes they truly love. I'd be pissed too ...and I would tell all of those magazines to 'get fkd' the next time they wanted something from me.... but then again... who wouldn't? Yet, how many of us do that to God all of the time? As far as having the love/greed of money.... I believe it goes right back to being humble or prideful because people want an abundance of money as money equates to having POWER. "True POWER" is what most people think today, but it's just 'Earthly power' and NOT 'True Power' as only One has True Power and that is God but if we play our hand right we can be a part of His 'crew' (for lack of a better term) and share in His Kingdom when we have proven ourselves through our faith... which is proven by taking action. As faith without works is dead. (James 2:14-26). Merely 'believing' Jesus is the only begotten Son of the Father God who was born, crucified, died, resurrected, so that some may be saved, is not enough.... as even the demons and devils believe, and shudder at that knowledge(James 2:14-26) They shudder knowing that their time is short as rulers on this Earth, but their suffering in Hell will be horrifying, relentless, and eternal, yet FEW find the path to salvation as it is hard and the road is narrow that leads to it (Matthew 7: 13-14) and although we cannot earn our salvation, it is a gift by God, we still have to prove our faith. We have to prove that we are His and do not belong to this world and proving our faith means 'walking the walk'. We have to try our legitimate best to live our lives according to how Jesus instructed us to, and that is the hardest thing to do as it requires self-control, sacrifice, persistence, suffering, putting ourselves LAST, staying humble when we want to bust heads or lash out, and carrying our own crosses as Jesus did and as numerous disciples did when they ended up martyrs due to their love of Christ. Nothing else even comes close to the 'prospecting' time that it takes to be accepted into the only 'club' that truly matters in the end... and nobody gets 'patched in' until physical death when Judgement comes crashing down upon our heads for better or for worst, but for eternity it is.... and it is not a Earthly 'club' yet it starts here, as this is the proving grounds and they are mean streets indeed. No other Club is hated as much as this one and governments around the world have been chasing down, prosecuting, and murdering its members for over two thousands years!!! It has it's Nomads, and it has enemies everywhere and there is no telling who they may be or when they may strike... but they are there indeed, both physically and spiritually. Our 'jumping in' to this Club may last decades, as it is this world that 'jumps us in' daily and not just physically, but mentally and spiritually... as we get attacked by unseen forces that are pure EVIL. ....and the more we live our lives the way that this elite 'Club' demands, the way that GOD demands, the more that personified, literal, and VERY REAL EVIL attacks us, and the more beaten down we truly get.... but after time, if and when we do it right, after years and years of prospecting, it actually feels good to suffer for this Club, for it's Founder Jesus, and His Father who we know is God, as the Holy Spirit of its Founder is felt inside of us after time and He is who will even speak through us and keep us going when we haven't the strength ourselves. We know this to be so true that we count on it. The pain feels GREAT as we know that we are proving ourselves to Him and to ourselves, and we know that part of that is to pick up our own crosses and follow in His steps as the apprentice is never better than the Master. This is why the legends of the Club (who we call the 'Holy Saints') ALL shined the brightest when they were at what a citizen would view as beaten down the most. THAT is when we have True Power as that is Power from Him! Look to the story of the Saint Padre Pio, and how he suffered for 50 years to the day, wearing the 5 wounds of Christ through stigmata, and how he could bilocate, and how he could see into peoples hearts, knowing their sins and help to get them on the right path through confessions that he would listen to for 12+ hours straight sometimes, all the while constantly praying the rosary, and then at night when he would go to his chamber he was literally beaten physically by demons!! Brothers of his would hear his screams and him getting thrown across the room, destroying everything, and the next day he would be in the chapel for Mass and never complain a word about any of it! THAT is True Power! THAT is being wealthy beyond anything that man or devil could even come close to offering ....as what awaited Padre Pio in Heaven is unthinkable wealth, happiness, and to live in the Light of Him, our Creator is overwhelming love. If anyone has ever heard tales of those who had near death experiences they have heard how upset and depressed some have been that they were made to come back here as it was so awesome and filled with a love that can never be experienced when on Earth, but they were told that it wasn't their time yet and it is important to only go when it is our time to go. Otherwise we may risk losing it all.

It's the "love" of money that's the root of evil..... 1 Timothy 6:10........ For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Blows my mind with how much me and this man have in common. Being from Illinois originally the Outlaws MC is what sparked my interest in MC culture. Moved back to Texas years later and met some Hells Lovers and began to hang around them. Started multiple journeys with different clubs trying to find my place on the set. Started a support club under the Bandido’s and stepped away after some years. This one really hit close to home too about being involved in the gangs as well because I myself associated with the Latin Kings in Illinois… complete 180 with my life tho just like this man here. That’s the best thing you could’ve ever done was see how the world really is & you also got to push yourself to limits & fck around & find out …… For a man the military is the best & combat deployments are the pinnacle of a service members life… when you step out of Americas protection & become the protection it’s a sobering moment… all the weight & pressure & traditions to succeed & not be a fk up … the military sacrifices are worth it but the gang life is all about taking losses.

“Ive lived my life selfishly. Up until now everything’s been about me. I’m 33. I can’t live life like that forever” that was the coldest bar I’ve ever related to. My little girl is gonna be 3 this January. And that whole growing up and being selfless really kicked in this year from 32 going on 33. I can definitely relate to him. Admitting it is the first step. Saying it out loud for the world to know is finally letting it go. You’re on the right path bro there’s no race to attaining these lessons God Bless you both 🕯️

Exact same almost word for word what’s going on with me man. I’m 33 and my son just turned 4 last month. I’ve hurt so many people and done so much shit selfishly my whole life up until now. Now I’m on a whole new career path in school so I can support my kid and wife and it feels good to grow up and give up everything that’s just for me, and make sure they have everything they need. I had a true awakening and wouldn’t trade my new position in life for anything.

Loco seems like a good kid! More impressive than what he said, was what he didn’t say & what he couldn’t speak on. Respectful and well spoken. Both of you have done a great job thus far in the interview! You guys are filling a void of unknown for a lot of younger people. Time happens?! You get older and having the ability and will power to turn negative situations into positive ones define you. In my opinion- Sose/Loco- You both have the right outlook & mindset! This interview itself is a positive step forward! Hardworking and dedicated! Really enjoyable! Thank You!
