Hi Brian, at 7:50 you say "you can plot these points" to create a 70% confidence frontier curve. I tried to do this with solver but a gradient optimization fails when using countif in the chance of calculation for the 70% curve. I think I'll try a datatable and plug in effort percentages to derive the duration values for the xy plot for the frontier curve. Not sure if that will work or not.

Hello Brian, Excellent explanation, How do you consider the impact of increased schedule translated in to increased cost through LD and project extension cost?

Nilesh -- Your question regarding the trade-off of schedule and cost goes to management. Are there political implications or other cost consideration for either accelerating the schedule or reducing the cost. This gets to a very difficult subject of Value Measures, but one that management needs to work through. I have advocated for companies to have a probabilistic capital budget, but in today's society this is very difficult to implement in any company of size.
