29 August 2023. Dispatch for Department of Defense: Statement on the Deaths of our Marine Brothers-and-Sister-in-arms in an MV-22 Osprey crash. Every Marine Warrior lost is an irreplaceable loss for our nation and our national security. It was the Marines that kept me alive in Fallujah at the risk of their own personal safety so I could be here today to give the orders. God save the Marine Corps. We Joint Force Warriors risk our lives for our nation in war, and we risk our lives for our nation in peacetime training that prepares us for war. To train for war is inherently dangerous. Our noble profession of arms is inherently dangerous; mighty, brave, and valorous are we Americans who volunteer for it. I respectfully ask the President to fly the Marine Corps colors underneath Old Glory at the White House in recognition of the honorable lives and honorable deaths in the line of duty of our Marine Brothers-and-Sister-in-arms. I respectfully ask the Secretary of Defense to personally review the airworthiness of the MV-22 by personally interviewing Joint Force pilots who have flown both traditional helicopters and the MV-22. I appreciate the faster airspeed and greater range of the Osprey compared to traditional helicopters, but not at the cost of Marine lives. God save the Joint Force. 10 July 2023. Afternoon Dispatch for Department of Defense: "Suggestions!" There's a great Star Trek: Next Generation episode when the Enterprise is on a collision course with some object and Captain Picard, having exhausted his ideas, turns to his crew and barks, "Suggestions!" Commander Data suggests decompressing the cargo bays to blow the Enterprise out of the way, and it works. To me, it was a great example of how Picard had the humility to admit when he needed help. He wasn't too proud to solicit suggestions from his crew. I confess I am at a loss as to how to proceed with Congress degrading our national security by blocking our military promotions. What are your suggestions, team? I know Presidents have deployed the National Guard to forcibly integrate schools and end segregation. But if we the Department of Defense were to physically prevent members of Congress from leaving DC - if we were to force them to return to Congress and process our promotions at gunpoint - then we really would be a military dictatorship, and democracy would be lost. Memorial Day 2023 Address to the Officers & Enlisted Warriors of the United States Joint Force. This Memorial Day, I'm feeling the weight of all the young Marines who died in Fallujah protecting my life in war so I could be here alive today to give orders. If you are an officer-veteran of the Global War on Terror like me, I encourage you to take a moment today to meditate on this, though it be painful, if only briefly. Our brothers-and-sisters-in-arms died protecting us in war, now they are gone and we are still here. Now this country is our responsibility to steward and protect and lead, for there is no one else. I honor the memory of my Air Force Academy classmate Lieutenant Roslyn Schulte, killed in action in Afghanistan. It could have been me blown up by an IED and her here alive today giving orders, maybe far better orders. Why God should allow her to die and me to live is a mystery I will never understand until Heaven. To the Enlisted Warriors of the United States Joint Force: God save the brave American Warriors of the mightiest military formation in all the world and in all of human history. May God make us officers worthy to lead you. When you check an ID at the gate, when you patrol the perimeter, when you stand in a humvee turret to guard a convoy - consider that somewhere within the perimeter is a young lieutenant who may grow up to be our next General Grant or Eisenhower or Schwarzkopf or Washington. Treat the newest officers with the respect commensurate with their presidential commission. Call them Sir or Ma'am or by their rank. Do not mock them for their inexperience. Rather, pour out your years of military experience into the youngest officers. Patiently teach them as if you have an opportunity to teach the next Schwarzkopf. At this moment, right now in our United States Joint Force, there are O-1 officers who will be our great leaders in 20 or 30 or 40 years. Invest in young officers like you are investing in the future of our country. Here is a message for you: Abuse of noise sensitive Autistic people by military aircraft You have flown your airplanes and helicopters over my home on N Gordon St in Alexandria VA at low altitude often generating noise over 85 Db despite me and my caregiver repeatedly asking you to stop harming and abusing us and even sending a protest poster to Fort Belvoir. I have Class 3 ASD my caregiver has Class 1 ASD. You have caused me multiple severe sensory overloads, cognitive failures, multiple convulsions and life threatening seizures, heart problems, inability to earn income (I work from home), and severe repeated physical pain. You have caused me to develop severe PTSD to the sound of aircraft. On August 23 2022 one of your helicopters flew next to me at low altitude when I was in my yard trying to collect home grown vegetables for supper. Noise from the helicopter caused me cognitive failure and loss of clear vision; as a result I stumbled over concrete blocks, fell over, fractured my left leg and cut my left arm. To this day, I have pain, mobility issues, and walk with a cane. On January 11 and 12 2023 you flew aircraft over my home at low altitude every few minutes. By early afternoon on January 12 2023 you have caused heart and blood pressure problems so severe that I almost had a stroke. By the evening of January 12 2023 I could take severe pain that you have caused no longer and attempted to commit suicide. To this day you abuse me and my caregiver with loud aircraft noise. You have committed numerous disability abuse, human rights violation, and hate crimes against me and I will hold you legally liable for it. I will also hold your aircraft pilots responsible for causing me and my caregiver harm criminally liable for hate crimes and disability abuse. This is your official notice after which you will be unable to say that you did not know. You did and you do now. You are abusers of noise sensitive Autistic people and there is no excuse for your behavior. Prepare to face the liability for your crimes.

3 June 2023. Dispatch for the President's Physician and the President's Chief of Staff. CC: POTUS, VPOTUS, SECDEF, SECSTATE, & All Cabinet Members. I am going to be blunt, forgive me. It is professionally unacceptable that you two allowed the President to travel from sea level to altitude and stand in the hot summer sun in a hot suit receiving salutes for hours without acclimation. I am 40, and I wouldn't attempt that feat without a period of altitude acclimation, lest I pass out. We have a President who is advanced in years, so you two must do a better job of attending to him. Presidents are generally hard-chargers, disinclined to limit themselves - you two must step up and take better care of your boss. Our boss. To the President's Physician: I order you to check the President for altitude sickness immediately, and treat him if necessary. Give him lots of fluids, make sure he is well-hydrated. Feed him beef steaks to build up his iron and his red blood cells. And rest - let him put his feet up at Camp David for awhile, breathe some of that good forest air. If the President falls ill because you his physician allowed him to travel to altitude and stand in the hot summer sun for hours without acclimation at eighty - Eighty! - years of age, then I expect you to offer your resignation. 7 July 2023. Afternoon & final dispatch for DoD before I start my sabbath early. I encourage all commanders to give your troops "arctic family time" this afternoon. BRAVO ZULU to USS McFaul for charging the enemy at a flank bell. That is exactly the aggressiveness we expect from all U.S. Warships and all U.S. Joint Force Warriors. Regarding Russia harassing our drones in Syria: I previously suggested packing one of our drones full of explosives, converting it into a flying bomb disguised as a regular drone, and then detonating it when Ivan gets too close. This will discourage future harassment of our drones. We will aggressively defend against encroachment on all our U.S. Air Force aircraft, whether they be crewed or uncrewed. And now the elephant in the room: cocaine in the White House. That was not brought in by a tourist, it was someone on the President's staff who thought his or her workplace atmosphere was so lax and permissive that he or she could do key bumps in the bathroom. This reflects poorly on POTUS, and on his Chief of Staff. I am for ending prohibition and ending the failed war on drugs, but cocaine in the White House? Mr. President, Sir: I made a friend in Colorado before police injustice drove me out, name of Jordan Walker. His dad is locked up for trafficking cocaine. Mr. President, Jordan loves his dad, and his dad loves him, and that is something that is so beautiful and so alien to my own experience. It seems tragic to me that a father and son who love each other should be separated by bars when there are so many fathers and sons who do not love each other. 20 September 2023. Dispatch for the Air Force: Command the Stack. I am intrigued by the new USAF recruiting game "Command the Stack." Is this an accurate representation of how we fly, fight, and win? Do we really subdivide the airspace into three horizontal slices - command & control and ISR aircraft in the top strategic stack, air superiority fighters in the middle operational stack, and Ospreys & A-10s in the bottom ground-touching tactical stack? I believe our best close air support platform is the AC-130 Gunship. A-10s, while slower than fighters, still move too fast to effectively engage enemy ground forces in a close troops-in-contact situation. But if we clear the skies with our air superiority fighters first, then do our suppression of enemy air defenses SEAD, then we can bring in the gunships and have them loiter overhead the battlefield where they can precisely target and utterly destroy enemy ground forces.

It always bothers me when I see a single uniformed officer patrolling alone in a police car - that is a casualty waiting to happen. If your mayors or your chiefs have decided to send out single officers alone due to budget constraints or in order to have more cars on the road, then they are unskilled in tactics and do not care about your lives like I care about your lives. All American Police will operate in two-officer elements at all times while on duty: two officers in one car, never one officer alone in one car. This way, whatever happens during your shift, you always have at least one officer to back you up: another pair of eyes to monitor the situation, another voice to de-escalate and give commands, another radio to call for backup, and another pair of hands if it comes to that. I write tonight to follow up and see if Oceangate, the Washington state company that made the imploded Titan submersible, has been shuttered in accordance with my orders, or if they are still negligently operating because baby boomers are a morally bankrupt generation with no ethical standards whatsoever for business or government or anything else. It doesn't matter to me whether the passengers were billionaires or refugees - it matters to me that passengers were negligently bolted into the submersible by an American company operating in American waters, and here in America we have standards. That is an unacceptably negligent design. If the submersible was lost on the surface rather than in the depths, the crew could still have run out of air before they were found with no way to egress. If there were high seas that prevented the submersible from docking with the mothership, the crew could have run out of air on the surface. 22 January 2024. Dispatch for the Joint Force & POTUS: Statement on the Presumed Combat Deaths of our two Brothers-in-Arms, U.S. Navy SEALs. The President says "We will never fail to honor their service, their legacy, and their sacrifice," but America fails to honor them every hour of every single day. I have met SEALs homeless in this country they fought for, a Veteran of Vietnam Ben, who I met in a Salvation Army homeless shelter in Colorado Springs. He sobbed and sobbed when he told me of the people he killed in 'Nam, still hurting, still homeless years later in an ungrateful land. Grady, a big Black man who joined a homeless encampment that God allowed me to found on the pier in Seattle. He had a cross earring dangling from one ear. He told me how he killed so many men with a knife in Vietnam, there was a time in his life when the only way he could get and keep an erection was by thinking about lethal combat. Grady kept his weed in an inconspicuous Doritos bag, and I would roll it for us. One time I dropped the fat, perfectly-rolled joint inbetween the boards of the pier into Puget Sound, gone forever. I fully expected Grady to berate me for losing his weed. But instead he said, "well, I guess there'll be some happy fishes," and I had never been shown such grace by an older man before. Ben and Grady, both no-sh't Navy SEALs, homeless in the land they fought for like so many American Veterans of all branches and warfare communities. Mr. President, Sir: If you would honor the service of the SEALs that died, perhaps you could use the vast powers of your office to see to it that no SEALs are homeless. The last time I went to war to defend New York City, I ended up homeless and hungry for decades with the VA criminally embezzling my veteran benefits. Many of my Brothers-and-Sisters-in-Arms also ended up homeless in an ungrateful land, and many killed themselves for lack of support and to escape the horror of what we did. But you New Yorkers did alright. You made some empty patriotic noises in the aftermath of 9/11, but only 1% of us Americans took up arms to destroy the enemy. Most of you continued to live lives of opulent luxury in this country you never fought for - your Wall Streeters, your bankers, your socialites and heirs and heiresses. Anyone who lives in America but doesn't fight for America is a "squatter" to me, a freeloader along for the ride protected by better and braver Americans than him or herself. I want you to know, New York City, that you more than anyone else owe a debt to the American Warriors who fought in your defense, we of the Bloody Noble 1%. The same God who made the distant stars and made this Earth our home made these mushrooms. I am not a Darwinist, I do not believe these mushrooms evolved psychedelic properties by random chance - I believe our Creator God designed them and included them in creation according to His perfect wisdom for His perfect purposes. All Hands: To be clear, I am not asking you to ground the Ospreys on the _orders_ of the Government of Okinawa Prefecture. I have listened to the concerns of our Ally, and now _I_ am ordering you to ground the Ospreys. They've killed too many of our Warriors. I have a bad feeling about them. They need a tail rotor, a third rotor operating in a different plane from the main rotors offset 90 degrees. Those articulated nacelles seem like they have lots of points-of-failure. I want us to explore the competing design, the helicopter with two coaxial main rotors and a pusher propeller on the tail. Make sure all aircrew & passengers have robust hearing protection. All container ships leaving American ports shall be escorted by tugboats, port and starboard, beyond the mouth of the harbor, beyond all man-made and natural navigation hazards, into open ocean. Similarly, container ships arriving at American ports shall be met in the open ocean by tugboat escorts, port and starboard, and guided to the docks. The temporary closure of an American port is a significant blow to our national security. I would not lose another port. May Almighty God have mercy on all the souls that perished, and welcome them into Heaven, where there is no war but only perfect peace forever, Amen. 3 June 2023. Morning Dispatch for Chinese Minister of Defense Li Shangfu. CC: Department of Defense. The age of conquest is over, and if China and Russia have not perceived this global paradigm shift then they are destined to be left-behind mid-tier powers at best. The United States of America does not desire to conquer one single square inch of territory - not from China, not from Russia, not from any nation upon this Earth. In my estimation, conquering additional territory would not make USA any stronger. Instead, by doing the hard internal work of provisioning our people and eliminating corruption, and by doing the external work of strengthening our alliances and partnerships abroad, we will deliver ourselves and our allies into a strategic position where we are unassailable, where it is disadvantageous for anyone to attack us. This is what I mean by "hegemony," the word that makes you so upset. Perhaps this word has a different meaning for you than it does for me - perhaps something is getting lost in translation. USA does not desire conquest. I do not desire conquest. The age of conquest is over. It is you Chinese who seek the bloody conquest of Taiwan, and it will be bloody, and you will lose. Are you too wooden-headed to learn anything from Russia's failed invasion of Ukraine? Or USA's failed invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan? No, I will not waste the warriors & treasure of my nation in 20th-century-style conquest. As for USA, we will strengthen our people internally and our alliances externally, and thereby achieve hegemony while other nations destroy themselves with this folly. Given your continued aggressive actions towards our aircraft and ships operating in international skies & waters, I am inclined to unilaterally lift the military restrictions we imposed upon Japan after the victory of the Allied Powers in World War 2. These restrictions have served their purpose and run their course. It is time to strengthen the hand of our ally Japan in response to China's aggressive behavior towards our aircraft and ships.

7 March 2024. Letter to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi via Russian Embassy London, CC: POTUS & Department of Defense & Department of State. Dear Sir: The honorable Secretary of State Antony Blinken - whose hard work, skillful diplomacy, and service to our country I admire and am deeply grateful for - unfortunately misspoke when he made that comment "if you're not at the table, you're on the menu." As I understand it, this extremely misguided phrase was introduced into our present government by Mr. John Podesta, who kept in his office a disturbing painting of businessmen in suits holding forks gathered around another suited businessman laying on his back on a table. What Mr. John Podesta is still doing in our government, I cannot say. Our honorable Secretary of State should not take his cues from him. The United States of America has no intention of "eating" China or any other nation on this Earth. We are not cannibals. Surely all people of goodwill of all nations upon this Earth desire only to sit down and eat their bread in peace. If China or any nation does not desire to break bread with us as allies, this does NOT mean that China or any nation is "on the menu." The world is big enough for both USA and China. There is no need nor reason for us to eat each other. We are not cannibals. I apologize for the unfortunate confusion caused by the repetition of this unfortunate phrase.
