Joints Update on LOOSECOLLECTOR THE CRYPT GREAT WOLVES VOZLAK Figure

Please know I am not making these videos to bash Loosecollector. I have made these to inform others of my experience with the figure and issues I've encountered with it and how I've addressed them.
I do really like Vozlak and am happy to have it in my collection (as long as it stays in one piece! 😂), but it has problems that appear to not be limited to just my own copy.
I think that the amount of quality control issues are far too many for a figure of this price. My hope is that Loosecollector can determine what went wrong with the Great Wolves so that future releases in their CRYPT line will not suffer from similar issues.
If you have joint issues with this figure after heating it up, I recommend trying Shock Oil to loosen joints or Kikis to tighten joints.

UPDATE: 2nd hot 💦 treatment with right ankle and the lower leg just fell off 😅 so I'm drilling into an EXPENSIVE figure & ordered hardware to fix I guess my "particular" Werewolf had artificial pins prior to being "changed" 😂 just need to avoid metal detectors Seriously tho, this is my 1st LooseCollector purchase and my confidence in the brand is pretty low now. I really wanted to kit out the white & black Wolves as Hank & Roy (TTASB) but I'm cutting my losses.

Thanks for the update! That is terrible! No figure, especially one this expensive should have such major issues and need this kind of repair work. It's really a shame. It was my 1st LooseCollector purchase as well. I'm definitely let down by it and hope that they'll improve upon issues in the future.

Yeah I also have all four preordered. Combined with issues their other figures have had recently, I'm really debating canceling some if not all of these until we know if these issues are resolved.

Lucky for me BBTS is taking forever so I’m watching all the reviews to avoid the same mistakes. I’ve heard hot bath, hairdryer, and shock oil are you best friends for this guy. I have the black wolf on pre-order currently, and I’m waiting to see if the joints are alright after all a hot bath, hairdryer, and shock oil.

You'll definitely be well prepared! 👍 This is a personal opinion but I am a bit skeptical about bathing the wolf's entire body in hot water all at once. Because of the joint inconsistencies, it may result in some parts becoming overly loose. I don't know if that would happen, but it is just a concern I have! 😅 For that reason I heated my parts individually. Who knows, maybe there's no exact right way to approach this figure! Yeah- I'm afraid I'm gonna have to cancel my preorders as well. Sooo disappointed to see this. I've been BEYOND stoked for these- but yeah, they cost too much money to have to worry about these issues. Very disappointing. Thanks for the heads up.

Maybe down the road when these issues are corrected- I'll look to pick them up- from future production batches. Give them a chance to fix this stuff at the factory. Thanks again for the content.

The joints on my Vozlak was ok after a hot bath. Still had to return it because the seller from china sent me a returned item (tampered seal) that was missing the neck piece. Got in touch with Loosecollector and now I'm waiting for their Muraco.

The issue I'm having with my white one is a loose jaw. If I go to open it all the way it hangs loose to one side. I'm going to have to play around with it and see what I can do.

I'm sorry about your figure. The stuck joints are a pain in the neck. A hot bath could be useful but some joints get loose. The one I have the right shoulder is a little loose and the waist also. So I decided no to move it anymore. Despite of they are a great figure. Greetings.

Hello! Thank you for your kind comment! The joints are very strange, some too tight, some too loose. 😅 Now I keep mine on my desk and move it only sparingly. At the very least, it is a wonderful looking figure! 👍

Mine has a very loose ab crunch but really stiff when i try to swivel. But if i swivel the waist part while ab crunch, its easy. Same thing happened to other joints.

Interesting! I have a similar experience! Some joints are loose but will be tight in other positions 🤔😅 Unfortunately I could not get mine to swivel at the waist....

@@Zaku93 Definitely needs heating up! Though in my own case heating the joints wasn't enough to pose it safely and I had to use shock oil. This is certainly an especially stubborn figure.... 😬😅

Hi loosecollector, thank you for reaching out. With all due respect, many others have complained of experiencing similar issues with their Great Wolves. If mine is defective, then all those others are too. I could contact my vendor, but I have little confidence I would receive a replacement figure that is free from the same problems. The Great Wolves are gorgeous figures but I hope future releases will not experience the same poor quality control issues.
