Today's laughter and fun between the two of you was a blessing to me to be able to experience. Always beautiful knits and your running sounds amazing.................wow. Much gratitude.

Wow Joji congratulations on finishing your marathon you are amazing 👍👍Im a 52 year old ultra runner and I know exactly what it takes to train for an ultra - your whole day is centered around training but it’s all worth the effort coz it definitely pays off on race day - ultra running is not about being fast but mainly about endurance and mind power - I could talk forever about this - and then , nothing could be better than sitting for looong hours knitting through recovery days after an ultra and of course eating 🤣🤣 It goes like this : sleep eat run repeat 💃🏻💃🏻 good luck on your stage race I’m sure it will be an exceptional experience- I just finished UTMB race last August in the Alps and treated myself to some fancy yarn after crossing that legendary finish line - thank you for sharing this with us 💕💕 love all the way from Kuwait

I don't know where to start. Your mom's finish of the Lone Skein Shawl is lovely...I love her adaptations, she is yarn design genius! I am glad to hear you working so hard on your running, what an accomplishment that will be and know that so many of us are living vicariously through you, so keep up the good work. BTW, while I watched, I was working on my Tomas sweater for the Fall KAL almost done with the body. You and mom make a good team.

Oh, Joji, it made laugh along with you when you said you designed a couple designs without taking any notes... I just recently started designing (mostly socks so far) and I don't always take notes, so it made me feel better that even an experienced designer like you sometimes doesn't take notes and procrastinates the writing of the pattern because of it, because I have already done that more than once! You are an inspiration and I always love seeing what you make as well as hearing insights behind the design process.

I lost my running mojo during the pandemic 😔 but you are helping inspire me to get back into it! At 58 am not sure I have another marathon in me but I really want to get back into half marathon shape. I love your Journals! 🤩And I think you are a mad Joji for running so much 😆 It is fun to hear you talk with so much passion about it, though. Running long distance or being extremely active is impossible for me because of issues with my health. Walking on high altitude is already hard for me! But I never dislike what you say about your training. And I can sympathise with your hunger. I got a puppy and I am more active than before.
