He saved the animal from the ignorance of humans, who didn't show respect to the dog, killing them as a punishment, he is cautious of others because he isn't the true ultimate life form yet, he also has miniscule respect for humans if proven to be a worthy fighter. Becoming the ultimate life form after means he no longer needs to be cautious, he's achieved his goal and is greater than any living thing that has existed, currently existing, and will exist, moreover he will remain that way for eternity. There is nothing that can take his title (unless someone else rebuilt the Aja Mask and used it, they would be equal to Kars.)
