A mirror is not silver in colour. Technically we can say a mirror takes the colour of whatever it is reflecting. If you want to comfirm this, just place two mirrors of same sizes in front to each other and watch them both go dark.

Jojo... The color of the mirror is not silver. It mostly have aluminum or silver color coating at the backside protected with grey backing. Scientifically, a mirror is a color of whatever is reflecting it. Hence, it's colorless. Check this fact again, there is no particular color status of the mirror! But you are really doing great. I would argue that mirror is not silver. Mirror is colourless at it's natural state until a colour is being given to it i.e if you face a mirror to a red surface, the mirror become red,if it's a black surface it becomes black and so on
