They can shrink but it's literally useless because they can't grow inside the body of other people and the damage is minimal, it's a worthless ability outside of this specific situation

@@Mexnoodles stands should only have 1 ability, tho some do have more than one, but the other abilities a stand has usually related to the other abilities, like killer queen. In this case, chariot and Hierophant's main ability doesnt relate to a freakin shrinking ability

@@kasuroperation6590 but it's not really an ability it's exploiting how stands work, since they are just manifestations of one's soul they can change shape and size if the user wants them too because they aren't physical beings and besides using this ability takes too much energy so it's likely that it requires certain amount of stand power that not all stand users have
